SUSPECT RELEASED WITHOUT CHARGE

Sadly the suspect held in connection with Stuart's death was released without charge due to the police having a lack of evidence that would result in a successful prosecution.

This does not indicate that the police feel this man is innocent. They continue to investigate the case and we are hopeful that someone will be brought to justice.

To quote Detective Chief Superintendent Lucy Morris from Essex Police: "On the night Stuart died, someone there that evening was responsible.'
